Possible Ruling on DNA Evidence
Rumor mill -- nothing official yet:
Apparently, Judge Burnett issued a ruling that he would not hear any of
the DNA evidence in dismissing Damien's petition for a new trial. We
don't know what his plans are regarding Jason and Jessie.
This may mean a move to federal court in LR for Damien's case.
Will post more when we get something official.
