Friendly response from the court after an American citizen requested the transcript of the 8/20 hearing:

Dear Mr. –––––,

This is to let you know I received your phone message, but also to let you know that there will be no transcript of the hearing. The judge made a specific ruling that the transcript was the SOLE property of the court reporter; therefore, you nor anyone else will have a copy of it.
